Package Your Items
Securely pack your beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
